 Our Parks

All Parks are closed from 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

All park shelters are on a first come, first serve basis.

                                        

 

 

 

 Dunlap Park 

 

 

 

 

           Dunlap Park is located on the southwest of Hopkinton near the dam.  It comes equiped with several picnic tables, stoves and a bathroom.  This park also has a basketball court, shelter, and is used daily by fishermen and picnickers.

  

 

 

Memorial Park

 

 

 

              Memorial Park is located on Chestnut Street.  It comes equiped with several picnic tables and a bathroom.  This park has newly installed playground equipment, basketball court, horseshoes, and shelter.

          In 2007, The City of Hopkinton was granted $3,616.00 from the Foundation for the Future of Delaware County to purchase a 6 foot free-standing slide for Memorial Park.  In addition the City also received $3,177.00 from the Dubuque Racing Association for a half court basketball facility. 

        Projects would not be possible in small cities such as Hopkinton if it was not for organizations like the DRA or the Foundation for the Future of Delaware County. The City of Hopkinton would like to thank both of these organizations for awarding these grants. 

 

Poolside Park

 

 

 

           Poolside Park is next to the swimming pool on Fulton Street.  It comes equiped with several picnic tables and a bathroom.  This park has playground equipment, a sand volleyball court, and shelter.
